The Role

Ready to jump in at the deep end?

 

This role will give you a range and depth of experience from Day One. Your enthusiasm for commercial property means that you are keen to experience the whole property lifecycle. You won’t be pigeon-holed into a single department - instead, you’ll get exposure to investment and asset management, agency work, property management, and business development.  

 

Your main responsibility is to support the Directors with transactions. This means helping to run marketing campaigns, doing viewings and negotiating terms.  You’ll do this for our own buildings and our clients’ buildings.

 

When we’re on the hunt for new clients you will help to research our audience. You’ll gain experience in digital marketing and using datasets to refine our prospecting list. You’ll help to contact new clients in a helpful and informative manner, adding value to their day.

 

You’re adaptable so you’ll also help the Property & Asset Management team. Here you might be putting a report together, helping renegotiate a lease, or making sure that our data is perfect.

 

You care about the environment and are into technology. You’ll harness this passion to help our clients improve their assets and meet their sustainability goals. You’ll help to analyse the data produced by our building sensors to gain new insight and help our clients to adapt.

 

We’re a close team, so you’ll get plenty of access to decision-making. You’ll regularly report on your successes to the Directors through traditional reporting and informal catchups.

 

In summary you are an all-rounder with an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit.  

 

Your attitude and competency are most important to us. You might be a new or recent graduate, or perhaps you already have a few years under your belt and you’re looking to level-up your career. We offer full APC support and training and have a 100% pass rate.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities

• Market properties, create interest schedules, and conduct viewings
• Property search reports
• Negotiate terms for new leases
• Attend meetings and site visits with the Directors
• Research property and ownership information
• Help the Directors to prospect for new clients
• Reporting on asset performance, data analysis, and company KPI’s

Your Skills, Experience, & Values

• Educated to at least A-level or equivalent standard
• RICS-accredited degree is desirable but not essential 
  
• Previous property-related experience is desirable but not essential
